Most sessions are scheduled within 1-2 weeks of request. Complex matters requiring specialist expertise may take slightly longer as we match you with the right professional.

Is advice confidential?

Yes. All volunteers operate under confidentiality agreements which from part of our Terms of Service. Session content remains between your organisation and the expert unless you choose to share outcomes.

What if we need ongoing support rather than one-off advice?

AskPro focuses on time-bounded advice sessions rather than ongoing consulting relationships. However, you can book multiple sessions over time as needs evolve, and we can match you with the same expert for continuity when appropriate.

Can we request a specific type of expert?

Yes. When requesting a session, you specify the expertise required, and we match you with an appropriate professional. For complex or specialised matters, we may need additional time to find the right match.
